What is an accountability community? We use at home workout programs mostly, combined with simple and easy to follow nutrition plans to maximize your program and your goals. We check in online in my accountability group to have that piece of daily motivation and work on our mindset! We focus on creating long lasting lifestyle changes, not quick fix diets or fads. We share our struggles, our successes, our non-scale victories, and cheer one another on. The accountability group was the missing piece for me, and I hope it will be for you too.
